Flyglobespan announce Ibiza flights

Flyglobespan has announced a new route from Aberdeen Airport to the Mediterranean island of Ibiza next summer, and has said that it is in negotiations to add more services from the airport. The Ibiza route will operate each Saturday from the end of June next to the middle of August.
Flyglobespan chief executive Rick Green said that the budget airline already flies from Glasgow and Edinburgh to the island and he predicted the Aberdeen service would be a great success. He said Ibiza is a favourite with clubbers, but also appeals to families.
