Polish flights survey launched
26.11.07
A survey into the potential demand for direct air services between Aberdeen Airport and Poland has been launched. It has already had over 1000 responses, with over two weeks to go before it closes.
An estimated 25,000 Poles live in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. The aim of the survey - which is at www.szkocja24.com in Polish, with an English on www.polesinscotland.com - is to gauge the appetite for the route between Aberdeen and Poland.
It asks whether travellers would use a direct service between Poland and Aberdeen, which Polish airports they would prefer to use, and what determines their flying habits. Paper copies of the survey have also been made available at a number of Aberdeen venues, including the Old Warsaw Bakery, Ambasada, Piotr & Pawel, the Crow's Nest and the McPolski Pub.
