Row over suitcases 'lost' at Aberdeen Airport

British Airways has been blasted after 'lost' luggage was found - where it was meant to be - the Evening Express reports. BA staff told customers who flew into Aberdeen Airport from Gatwick last week that their luggage had been left behind. But the cases were discovered in the lost-luggage room 2 days later, despite BA not knowing where they were.
Peter Sall decided to take action after 2 days of contacting the airline to try to recover his daughter's luggage. Mr Sall, from Auchnagatt, told the newspaper that he asked to look in the lost-luggage room. It was full of suitcases, including his daughter's. BA said their system had not been updated, which had caused the problem.
